Philips LCD TVs really have created a leading television by providing high-definition TV on the Forefront of future technology. This 100-inch, super-sized LCD TV is not only special because of its size, but because of Ambilight technology, today Philips LCD TVs are the most innovative products.

Ambilight technology, called Full Surround is a new 100-inch LCD TV; refer to specific forms of backlighting with color that changes according to the appropriate program materials and color of pixel, called pixel plus 3HD processing.
Ambilight works by making multi-color, glowing halo around the edges of the TV screen. In the new 100-inch prototype Philips LCD TVs, Ambilight technology, which occurred on the fourth side of the screen rather than the traditional two-sided Ambilight technology found in the recent TV LCD's; so called "Full Surround."
Ambilight technology, which offers a variety of choices, even a strong white light that, reflects the light show without the need of the white wall behind him. Images on the new 100-inch super prototype Philips LCD TVs more clearly than before, and will be much sought after release; the bad news is that there is only a prototype at the moment, and may not be available for a general consumer.

Philips has not offered release or the date of distribution. In short, the IFA is the Philips way of showing off a new HD technology and provide customers and resellers felt coming trends in HD technology.
